A Very Late Day Two and Three

                                                                  7-23-12

I'm writing this blog pretty late. At first I was pretty busy, then a week went by, then on Friday the 27th, my best friend of 17 years passed.

     Rest in Peace Nakomi.
 A moment of silence.

So, for this day my workout increased. Adding weights today.
I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, not bad.
For my biceps I lifted 60 pounds. For the leg extention weights, I did 60 pounds as well. And the last weights I did was my lower back at 175 pounds.

I'll also posted my mini workout for today 7-30-12.

Jack and me took a walk around 2 blocks. It took about 30 minutes.
